Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.

Along side this seating area designed for disabled persons. They allow you to bring food in but it's not to expensive so doesn't really matter. The facilities are easy to get to and clean and the chairs are comfortable. Overall a good experience all round with friendly staff to support.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.

Lovely stay for a special occasion made personal by the hotel by a personalised gift on arrival. The room was lovely, modern, well kept and comfortable. It was a high floor with great views through the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge was great with a nice range of canapés during certain times. The Turkish lady (Nevine?) who was looking after us in the lounge was brilliant, understood our dietary needs and approached us on entry to inform us of what food met our need. She even came to ask us if we wanted to change settings for a better view from the 23rd floor when it was available.

Wow! Can't believe this is a 2* (I would have guessed 4*) but can certainly see why it is so highly rated. The suites are well equipped and clean and the staff very friendly. However, the icing on the cake was the breakfast. Advertised as a complimentary breakfast, our expectations weren't high - a cold buffet was what we pictured.

All in all a fantastic stay great service and great location, just a couple of areas need attention to get full stars.

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy and slept well, not hearing any noise from other rooms or guests. I had breakfast here. It was nice and a great selection of cooked and continental options.

Also we forgot a laptop charger and called to see if we can go collect it ,and the lady who answered said she will return the call in 10 minutes but it turned to be the opposite,she didn’t even call back for feedback if they had found it or not .
